IHHT Oxygen Altitude Training Berlin

IHHT oxygen altitude training is based on a Nobel Prize-winning method for gaining energy and vitality. Put simply, with this treatment method you breathe mountain air while relaxing on a lounger.

Here is a short video that explains the concept:

Every cell in our body has its own mitochondria. These produce ATP, which provides the energy for all bodily processes. Due to aging processes, illness, stress or environmental influences, mitochondria can lose their efficiency, leading to a lack of energy, exhaustion or physical weakness. As weakened mitochondria cannot be repaired, they must be replaced by new, healthy mitochondria. This is where IHHT comes into play.

With IHHT (= interval hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy), you alternately receive oxygen-reduced air (“hypoxia”) and oxygen-enriched air (“hyperoxia”) via a breathing mask. Those mitochondria, which are particularly weakened, are less able to withstand the oxygen-reduced air. As a result, they can be replaced by the body with new, healthy mitochondria. Cosequently, the immune system regains energy.

The corresponding research was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2019.

IHHT oxygen altitude training usually comprises 10-20 treatments of 40-50 minutes each, with two sessions per week. The intensity of the training is gradually increased. The cost is €85 (in a pack of ten: €80) per treatment and is usually fully covered by private health insurance companies.

If required, IHHT oxygen altitude training can be combined with our vitamin infusions. In this case, you will receive high doses of vitamins, minerals or amino acids in parallel to the IHHT treatment. Furthermore, in cases of chronic infections or inflammations, ozone-oxygen therapy and intravenous laser therapy can be applied.

Last but not least, a responsible, healthy lifestyle is very important. We are therefore happy to advise you on topics such as stress management, nutrition, exercise and sleep.
